Band And Clasp
The most prominent difference between these two models is in the watch band. The band on the A158 is fully adjustable, while the band on the A159 is semi-adjustable. Also, the clasp that secures the band is different between the two models. The A158 has a more standard deployment style clasp. The clasp on the A159 is a fold over style clasp.
So with all that being said, this fact alone can be the determining factor on which one of these you would buy. Different people may have a preference for a particular type of band and clasp to the other.
Watch Face
Differences here are very minor. The only thing really is the placement of the text that surrounds the digital display. But otherwise, the text is the same. Even the colors used in the text are identical.

Build Quality
They both have the same case size with a diameter of 33mm, and a thickness of 8.5mm. The cases are silver colored resin, with stainless steel undersides. The bands on these watches are 18mm wide. Dial windows are made mineral crystal, and water resistance is 30 meters.
Features
The features are the same between these two models. Pretty much the standard features you would expect to see in a digital watch. They have both 12 hour and 24 hour time formats. There are alarm and stopwatch features on these watches as well.
Lastly is the backlight. And this backlight has been an issue among users. The problem that people have had with the backlight is that it is very dim. The display is visible in the dark with this light, but some people still have to strain to see it. Both the A158 and A159 inherit this little issue. Note that this issue was solved with the A168.
