I can see the appeal of Lige watches. They offer a striking, luxury look at bargain prices. But I know that Chinese brand watches are a turn off to some. This need not always be the case though. For example, Agelocer is a Chinese brand that does actually produce quality watches.
Ok, so there are some Chinese brands that produce quality products, but is Lige one of them? After all, Lige watches are about 1/10 of the price of Agelocer watches! So Lige is definitely not a luxury band.

Now when it comes to no name watch brands that come out of nowhere, it’s usually hit or miss with these types of watches. Yes they are a Chines brand, but I want to say something to calm people who may be hesitant to buy Chinese watches.
It should be noted that Lige watches come with a 24 month (2 year) warranty. A lot of these Chinese watch brands these days have warranties with their products, so that is something to look into when considering purchasing such watches.
Ok, so let’s get right into it! How are Lige watches structured?
Build Quality
Now we’re going to look at the materials used in Lige watches.
- Cases: The cases are pretty much always going to be stainless steel.
- Dial Window Material: They use predominantly mineral crystal for their dial windows.
- Bands: Their bands are generally stainless steel, or leather.
- Water Resistance: Most are water resistant 30 meters, so light splashes are fine, but swimming in it is not recommended.
So the build quality is pretty much standard and what you would expect. Nothing extraordinary going on here. What about the designs though?
Design
This is the area where Lige watches excel the most. In my opinion, Lige are some of the best looking watches you will find in the budget price ranges. They have a very premium look to them. Lige has different types of watches from simple designs, to chronograph styles, and even diving styled watches.
Regardless of what style of Lige watch you get, they all have a distinct and luxury look to them. This is rare to see in budget watches. And that leads us to the next point we are going to talk about, which is the price range.
Price
As I’ve mentioned, Lige watches fall into the budget category. Their watches are very affordable to anyone despite how they look. At first glace, you may think that Lige watches would be priced in the median price range.
It’s true that a few of them may dip into the median range, but for the most part, the overwhelming majority of Lige watches will be surprisingly inexpensive.

LIGE Men’s Leather Chronograph
Lige’s chronograph watches are particularly popular. And who doesn’t love a good chronograph? This one comes in several different dial color and case color patterns.
This watch is an analog chronograph that uses quartz movement. It has the standard stopwatch feature, subdials, luminous hands and markers, as well as a date window. It is water resistant 30 meters, but it is not recommended to wear it while showering or swimming.
Overall this is a solid, nice looking chronograph at a more than reasonable price. If you like chronographs, and are interested in Lige watches, this would be a good one to start with.

Here we have a more formal styled watch by Lige. This one has a sophisticated look, highlighted by roman numeral time markers. Aesthetically, this one would look good with a suit and tie. It comes in a good variety of dial, case, and band color patterns.
Once again this is an analog watch that uses quartz movement. It features luminous hands and markers, and has a day/date window. It is water resistant 30 meters, so splashes are ok, but not swimming.

So what do I make of Lige watches? Lige watches are some of the best looking watches you can get on a budget. So if you are looking for dependable luxury styled watches at the cheapest possible price, then you might want to check out this brand.
Are these the best watches ever. Not at all, but for their price you are getting a pretty good value. These could easily compete with similarly styled watches that are double the price of these.
